My HIPAA rights were not respected and despite my trying to convince myself that she made a mistake by releasing my records in the manner that she did (which was not even requested) her giving me a hard time when I had requested my records spoke volumes. She eventually gave them to me after shrinking them on her photocopier (to a degree that made it obvious that she had done this) knowing I have low vision. Her reprehensible actions cannot be ignored.
