Kathleen Nicol went above and beyond her duty to treat my Daughter. She was a crucial factor in determining the underlying pathogen and the proper treatment to ensure the greatest possible prognosis for recovery. I feel that K. Nicol really listened to and trusted my instincts regarding my Daughter's unusual symptoms. She made me feel secure and welcome throughout the process.
