Kathleen spent so much time explaining my situation to me (complete with models) that I feel like a have a real understanding of the problem as well as the expected result. She explained how my upcoming surgery was going to alleviate my pain and fix my problem. She was careful and detailed in telling me what to expect on surgery day and recovery. I feel confident that I know what to expect and can call her if I have additional questions.

Kathleen has returned emails promptly, helped build real confidence in me that the surgery I had chosen was the right one under the circumstances, has followed me closely both pre-surgery and post-surgery, and has never seemed rushed when I asked questions that she has probably been asked a thousand times. Surgery is not a cake walk, at least for me, and she, and the team with whom she works, has kept uppermost in mind my well being and my return to normal activities. I could not ask for better care.
