Kathleen was impersonal and cold. She was not engaging and made me feel like I was making up my symptoms. She did not explain her findings to me or counsel me in any way. When it was time to leave, she did not explain what medication she had prescribed, or give any recommendations. She did not ask if I had any questions. I will not be coming back.
