Misdiagnosed ligament tear as carpal tunnel and left me with permanent nerve damage in my hand. I found out the true nature of the problem too late to do anything about it. It was easy to get in to see her after physical therapy left me in agony, but she didn't do anything at all to help and wasn't willing to consider anything other than carpal tunnel as the 'problem'.

Katie is very knowledgeable and professional. She is able to pinpoint the problem and how it can be solved. Her bedside manner is friendly and compassionate. She never makes you feel that you don't have her complete attention or that she is in a hurry.
