It is was a sad day when Kathy left the practice but to her advantage she was able to retire and enjoy life which she so deserves. She is an amazing woman. So caring and real. She always made me feel like I mattered. She listened to my health concerns and asked great questions to get to the root of what’s happening. She had remedies for everything. She took the time to get to know her patients and truly supported me when going through uncomfortable procedures, results of testing and illnesses that were tough to get through sometimes. This world is a better place with Kathy in it and she definitely performed her NP job like the way things used to be... a caring hand and your best interest at the forefront. I wish her the very best in her retirement years and I hope someone treats her as professionally as she treated her patients. Miss her terribly.

Kathy was my provider for many years. She knew me and didn’t have to refer to an IPad or computer screen to thoughtfully discuss my health. She knew my history and struggles. Since she retired I feel that there is no personal service in that office. The NP that took me after Kathy left is overwhelmed and not thrilled to have had more patients dumped on her. She was the compassion & humanity in that office and now it is gone. I am considering giving up on healthcare altogether.

I have been seeing Kathy Bourque for many years. She has ALWAYS taken the very best care of me. She is a great practitioner in that she truly listens to you ... which I feel is so important. She has always made time to see me and has given me extra time when needed. I would recommend her as a primary care provider to anyone. I so appreciate the kind of person/provider she is. Kind, knowledgeable and, accessible.
