I was not rushed, and she was very thorough and followed up personally with my lab results the next day. Extremely professional and approachable.

Katie was wonderful very caring and thorough best visit

I have been a patient of Chestnut Medical Associates for years and was put in for my physical with the NP. I was charged for a physical and an office visit because I discussed a procedure I had had done previously in the year with a specialist. I was not looking for medical advice from her, just wanted it added to my file. When I questioned it, the billing department was rude and didn't do anything to help me. It seems that this practice has become more concerned about making money than keeping their patients. Very disappointing.
