Kate O'Keefe was professional, kind & efficient. The MA was subpar:She spoke to the computer not to me.She spoke so softly I had to ask her to "speak up" twice. When she completed her tasks she told me,"O'Keefe will be in shortly"I found that unprofessional .Not "Kate" or "The Nurse Practitioner,"O'Keefe" as though she didn't know her name or title

Katherine is a kind and caring provider who has always shown empathy at each visit when I wasn't feeling my best. It makes a big difference walking out of her appointments feeling cared for and supported
