She is one of the best primary care doctors I have ever had. She always has an answer to all your questions. She is always there for you, always has a smile for you. The best.

Have been a patient here for several years, as well as my husband and daughter. Both Katherine and Dr. Morrison really listen to my concerns and engage me in my health issues to get to the bottom of whatever is going on. I feel they are truly engaged and committed to their patients. You don’t feel rushed to have you in and out. The staff is friendly and welcoming which is much appreciated. Insecure and desorganized, my experience, the worst!

Today I called to make two appointments and managed to make my appointment with a very kind lady who spoke only English, then I wanted to make the appointment of my husband and the lady there were certain words that I did not understand so it happens to my husband the perfect speech English, and the lady we communicate with a person who speaks Spanish .... is so rude lady was my husband decided to give me the phone so that I finished the appointment the lady annoyed tone told me that she had no time and had many patients and she is the only one who speaks Spanish ... I told her ok do not pass me the lady who was taking care of me. She told me no time she does not understand you? I told him if he understands me I just made my appointment with her, she answered me in a rude tone that I do not have and that she had many patients hurries ... she did not know what she was doing asking for unnecessary information, I explained that It was what I wanted and I asked for a code and I said so

The moment she comes in to the room with her bright, sincere smile greeting you, I as a patient, know I am in good hands. She answers all the questions diligently with so much knowledge and care. I definitely recommend Mrs Mendez Martinez!
