Dr Lowkes is terrific. Professional, knowledgeable and, perhaps more importantly, very thoughtful about diagnoses and very patient centric. Carol and the rest of the staff are great - welcoming and very responsive. I have moved to New Hampshire but will continue to return to Manchester, VT to see Dr Lowkes and her staff.
