Katherine Footracer has been my doctor for over 12 years. Her thoughtfulness, listening, compassion and thoroughness are some of the main reasons why I'm healthy. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is smart, kind, caring, and a wonderful provider. She left Lakeside to help others. I will miss her greatly.

I have been going to Ms Footracer for years and I have never had a bad experience. She always did a great job assessing my concerns, making sure I stay healthy, explains conditions and treatments very clearly to me, communicates with me in different ways when I need more clarifications (she makes sure that I have a interpreter present at my appointments), and she is reachable online. She loved my certified service dog that I brought with me to my appointments. I have seen different care providers before and was thrilled when she was recommended to me. These other reviews do not reflect my experiences.

I'm surprised at some of the reviews here, though I suppose people who have had bad experiences are more likely to leave a review. I received excellent care from Ms. Footracer.

I was very disappointed that I had to interact with Mrs. Footracer as my primary care doctor. Had I known about her previous unpleasant reviews I would have never gone to her office. Something has to change in the medical care system. How people's health and life can be placed in the hands of the individuals who cannot or does not want to perform their job in a way it must be done. I am very disappointed and sad.

This review is specifically for Dr. KATHERINE FOOTRACER - I don't normally do reviews in anything but my experience with her has bothered me so much that I had to just write this. First of all, the staff and nurse were all very nice and welcoming. She talks down on you and has no empathy towards her patients. I have seen her more than once and all my experiences have been very bad. She feels superior and would make feel almost dumb and stupid. There is no excuse foe the kind of behavior she had.

02/20/2016: Absolutely no ability to connect with a patient. She is condescending, she is not thorough, and I would not trust her input regarding my medical care. The office staff and other staff members are extremely warm and welcoming but she was a huge disappointment.
