The issue with my ear was explained thoroughly. I appreciated the doctor making time in her schedule to see me as this issue has been going on for three weeks. She explained each step of the process as she was working.

Katie was great. She spent a lot of time with me explaining everything.

I was so impressed with Katherine Damon. She gave me a detailed explanation of my problem and offered a solution. She listened to all of my concerns. I did not feel rushed. I truly felt that I was heard. In addition, it was just a pleasure to spend time with her. She is very affable and made it easy to relax in her presence.

Everything was great

Katie was remarkably prepared for our visit. She had never met my mother, yet she had read through mom's records and seemed very knowledgeable with what we had been through the past month. We were extremely pleased.

Had no issues. Was very courteous and answered all my concerns and described my conditions very professionally.

Left the appointment more confused than informed. Felt like the two diagnoses were very extreme and led to having unneeded expensive testing. Resulted in getting a second opinion and was told the additional testing was not needed and even if it was it could have waited for nearly a year to see how things panned out. Cant say I would refer her to any family or friends. She might have just had an off day at the office. If it sounds extreme, I would highly recommend getting a second opinion before you spend money on unneeded tests.
