Kat is extremely welcoming and sweet. She makes it easy to schedule an appointment around your schedule and she is very responsive. She takes the anxiety out of the act of seeking help - which is exactly what I need. She works well around my week-to-week anxieties and presents different ways of approaching my concerns with absolutely no pressure. I can't say enough good things about her.
