Very disappointing
Kate started out with good communication with us. After several months she became very cold and stopped giving us updates or letting us know what was going on with our son. When trying to ask her about it, she never had much to say. My son has been very sad since we had to find another therapist. When i reached out to her over email about changing therapists because we didn’t feel like her communication was the same, she never responded. She was my sons therapist for 2 years and never cared to address what happened.
