Kate(Lyn) Cloutier is a wonderful physical therapist. She is warm and engaging, with a lovely bedside manner. Kate always explained in detail what she was about to do, and how it would feel for me. Her touch was always calm, measured, and reassuring. Kate was very patient and always made time to answer all my questions - and I had plenty! As well as providing immediate pain relief, Kate has taught me so much about how to continue improving my condition after discharge.
