Dr. Katelyn Hardy, OD

My daughter saw Dr Susie Lake for years, we had a change of insurance and when we could transfer back, were sad to hear she wasn't as available as she always provided amazing care to our whole family. We were encouraged to make an appt with the new OD, Dr Hardy. At the initial appt, she was seemingly rushed and dismissive. With no eye “issues“ and just needing a pair of glasses, we chalked it up to being new. After a few weeks of wearing the glasses, my daughter could tell right away they weren’t the correct prescription and called the office back with her concerns. She was put off and dismissed by staff. I encouraged her to call back again and she was told to come by for a “check”. This was several weeks from when she reported her initial concerns. At that appt, it was confirmed by a technician that her prescription was indeed wrong and she needed another eye exam with Dr. Hardy. My wife has has vision problems for several years, and Dr. Hardy has been able to improve her vision. She does not rush the exam and explains things very well.
