Katalin Mosneag, APRN.CNP misdiagnosed my sons broken collar bone. Advised against an xray because she didn't want to subject him to radiation at a young age. Although my son could not lift his arm past his chest, winced and moved away when she applied pressure to the area and she sent us on our way. I took my son to another urgicare 24 hours later at which point the doctor rubbed his hand over my sons collarbone and said we need an xray right away. He showed me where the break was with my hand it was an obvious break, felt like a bone sticking out of his skin although it was noticeable to a non medical person such as myself. Katalin also, rubbed her hand over my sons collarbone less than 24 hours earlier and said he was fine. Complete negligence on Katalin Mosneag's part as a provider.

My visit with her was like talking to a non medical experience. Her suggestion of otc to take didn’t work but instead it made my case worse. I would not got back to that Olmsted Falls clinic again.
