Dr. Pournadeali is a highly competent and caring physician. As a physician myself, I trust him to treat my family and friends.

Dr. Pournadeali questioned why I was unable to swallow pills then showed me how many pills he is able to take at one time, also telling me he is a highly educated gut specialist and as such is on a radio show every week. His diagnosis was that I need more fiber for my stomach issues, in spite of my severe and debilitating symptoms. He fought with me about paying for a vitamin D shot when I knew my insurance would cover it (and they did). I was very sick and needed help and he was rude and condescending during all three visits. Turns out I had almost no vitamin B12 in my body - I have pernicious anemia that had long gone undiagnosed, and in spite of my symptoms was also missed by Dr. Pournadeali. As a result my stomach was shutting down and it was affecting my ability to swallow, is why my hair was falling out by the handful, and why my stomach had shut down entirely. He is not a healer in the true sense. He is self aggrandizing and mean.
