DID NOT HELP AT ALL AND WAS RUDE, INCONSIDERATE ,AND UNFEELING- was on her phone smiling and saying "that's great" not actually listening during our sessions (you could see this reflected in her glasses), prioritized other's sessions over mine, facetimed me to have a therapy session instead of using an appropriate/ secure link, assumed my schedule would always be free to accommodate her and never tried to see this the other way around, was extremely rude and dismissive towards me and basically told me that I should have an idea of her schedule when I finally was at my wits end and asked her NICELY (though I did not need to be nice at this point she had been late to almost every session and moved quite a few) to not cancel 2 min prior to our sessions- her exact words - "I obviously had an in person session, I imagined you would know this otherwise why else would I go into the office"- example of prioritizing other client's over me. I was going through a period of extreme stress and anxiety and negativity due to a serious health diagnosis and many life changes. Not only did Kasi not help, she made my mental health worse and did not create a safe environment where I felt I could open up. Further, the ONE and ONLY time I asked her to be considerate and not cancel my session 2 minutes before them, she dropped me as a client (with no prior notice) and essentially told me to see someone else. she also showed up 15 minutes late to our sessions, without any call, text, or email to me. Treated me as though I had no schedule/ time constraints of my own. I assume that due to my age and condition she was under the impression that I would just accept this behavior, which is a dangerous and harmful mindset to have, prioritizing some clients clients over others and deciding to treat people poorly if they are being nice and allowing you to make changes to session time/ show up late. No CBT techniques given, frequent cancellations, showed up 10-15 min late without any notice via email or phone, and texted me late at night to cancel sessions. I would give 0 stars if I could, someone with this mentality is not fit to be helping anyone who needs it. She is a THERAPIST, I am not supposed to be imagining her schedule or magically aware of it. As a PROFESSIONAL and an ADULT, it is your responsibility to not only give someone notice, but do it in ADVANCE because THEY HAVE THINGS TO DO IN THEIR DAY TOO. I am disgusted by the selfishness, callousness, and overall unprofessional demeanor exhibited by this "therapist". I am never one to write bad reviews but this experience was the worst I've ever had to deal with. My previous review was hidden/ taken down. If this happens again, or if someone wants to verify if what I am saying is true, I'd be happy to show you the screenshots of her rude text messages lashing out at me for standing up for myself, and tell you about the conversation I had with the manager of this place. :) I can't fathom keeping a clientele / helping others when someone themselves is this rude, mean, and arrogant.

Was consistently late, cancelled sessions with less than 12 hour notice (told me late at night), lashed out when asked to give more notice, was on her phone during sessions, didn’t provide any tools/guidance/worksheets/exercises/ advice for managing my stressors whatsoever. As someone dealing with severe life changes due to a recent diagnosis of epilepsy, I got no empathy, she did not dig deeper to understand my circumstances, I did not feel comfortable with her, and she actually added to my stress, leaving me worse than when I started. Did not care about my schedule and just generally seemed cold and surface level. I would not recommend her TO ANYONE- least of all someone dealing with chronic illness.
