Karrie Young seems to genuinely love helping people towards better health. She helped me not only get my health on a better track but shared knowledge of other community resources for one of my family members thus resolving some of the stressors in my life. Talk about holistic care!!! She is amazing.

Karrie Young ANP, is an outstanding benefit to the medical community for Eagle River, AK. She clearly has advanced knowledge and skills, as well as many years of experience treating patients with a wide variety of ailments. She is able to communicate this confidence to her patient, and is quite willing to spend enough time with the patient so they clearly understand their issue and alternatives for treatment. I personally would not hesitate to accept her advice in lieu of a doctor, which is rarely my experience elsewhere. Karrie will also provide follow-up communication to make sure that the treatment is effective; that is exceptional and demonstrates that she cares about her patients. We are lucky to have access to her, and grateful she has elected to stay in the community.

I went in for an urgent care visit and Karrie ended up being the one to see me. I’m so thankful that I got her! She listened to what was I was saying, answered my questions and made sure that I got what I needed. Would definitely recommend her to anyone! The office staff and nursing staff were absolutely fantastic as well. All around wonderful experience and people!
