There a very many things that are concerning here... First and foremost is that she is working with clients (me) with issues that she has had zero training in, and then blames you when she can't figure out how to help you but keeps you as a patient for two years anyway. She can be very cruel with her words, doesn't have much empathy. She will promise you one thing then completely not do it, remembering she said she would. She's not trustworthy. She charges you for appointments (mine was 60) when all she does is pay attention to her younger kids. I'm not talking about keeping them in line. I'm talking about not telling them to go play or start an activity for them and completely letting them come to her whenever they want and answering questions and having full conversations with them. Of my 50 minute appointment I probably gor 20 minutes with her.
