Karmen Olberding, APRN-BC

I had a routine 3-month appointment with her, I showed up 12 minutes late because of a traffic concern I live an hour north from her location. Upon checking in I was told I would have to reschedule..I could not believe that? No attempt to fit me in or maybe make me wait to where she could fit me in nothing just immediately told to reschedule..Absolutely no consideration or compassion for my time and the fact that I had to take off of work to make this appointment..It feels to me as though she's just in it to turn as many people over in the day as possible with no compassion for ailments or circumstances..

I have been Carmen for over 6 months..I had a normal 3-month appointment scheduled and showed up 12 minutes late something that was out of my control.. I was told I would have to reschedule and come back.. to drive as far as I have to drive and to take time off of work to be told that I feel is terrible service and a lack of care for a patient..

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Karmen at Liberty clinic. She listens, orders appropriate tests, advocates for her patients and is very clear about instructions for healing and wellness. I couldn’t ask for a better experience with my primary care provider!

Karmen is very patient and caring medical professional. She doesn't try to rush you thru your exam and then take off on you.

I've been seeing np olberding for 3 years, she has saved my life twice so far and she has fought for me to get the care I need.

When I first started seeing Karmen 10 years ago, she seemed so kind and it felt like she actually cared about helping me. Over the years she's really changed. Doctor visits seem more like a drive-by appointment. She spends VERY little time listening to what you have to say and doesn't put much effort into trying to figure out what might be going on. I feel an extreme lack of empathy and interest in what I have to say. Not to mention she's seen my family members as patients as well and had disclosed information to them about me and vice versa. I find that to be very unprofessional.

Karmen is the best! She is very thorough and makes sure you understand what’s going on. I’ve had her personally call me to check on me when I was very sick. Karmen really cares about her patients.

Karmen is an amazing provider! My family & I have been going to her since 2015. My girls just adore her. I will say I miss her nurses that she had in Excelsior. Amy & Jennifer were great, they really had a fantastic team!

Karmen is so down to earth and gives the best care! She makes you feel so comfortable and is easy to talk to. I trust her to give care to myself and my children.

Will not return ever. Very disrespectful and innapropriate.

Things were OK with Ms. Olberding and her practice . However, when I recently needed prescriptions refilled I discovered her office was closed, bought by St. Lukes, and Ms. Olberding had skipped over to another office. Still, it was impossible to get my prescriptions refilled because neither Mosaic nor St. Lukes could figure out where my records were. I hold Ms. Olberding responsible for this failure and still she will not respond to request by my pharmacy to refill the prescriptions.
