Karli was so helpful when my child began struggling with anxiety after starting high school. She also helped me understand the factors underneath, and how to respond constructively as a parent. She listened closely and provided practical advice. Most importantly, my kid felt comfortable opening up to her and gained some great coping skills as a result.
