I went in for shoulder pain. I was told multiple times that it was neck and not shoulder. I have been in the O.N.E. clinic every 2 years for the same pain and get a cortisone shot. He refused to do it and wanted to give me a steroid medication. I told him that I never get that. He wanted to treat my neck and not shoulder. After multiple arguments he decided to give me xrays. It showed I had a bone spur causing the issue. He did not argue about giving to me and within an hour my pain went away. I don't understand why doctors want to give you medicine without getting to the root cause of the issue. Very disappointed in the service.

My 80 year old father (history of previous back surgeries) was seen for back pain radiating to leg. He completed a prednisone dose pack which was ineffective. Karl was informed of this, but reordered prednisone telling my father that this dose was stronger and more effective. After review of the prescription, my father notified Karl that this was similar to what he had just completed and was then instructed not to take it. No further recommendation was made to alleviate my father’s pain. So disappointing to not be heard or helped…

My wife is in tears with back pain and can’t move this PA says prednisone will take the pain away why not give the patient a sugar pill and tell them they will be fix! What a quack
