Horrible. Uncaring, rude, didnt explain anything, felt rushed and uncared for.

After a very frightening weekend of health problems and a trip to the emergency room I followed up with Kari about my situation as instructed by the ER physician. She mocked and scolded me and was very hostile towards me for no reason. She offered me no support other than told me I needed to exercise more and eluded to me making this all up in my head when my test result concluded my body was indeed in distress. I ended up going to a different clinic who did what healthcare providers do, look into symptoms and test results and offer medical intervention and further testing to evaluate and treat those symptoms.

When I asked Ms. Rocco about discussing which vitamins and supplements to take she said " just take a,b,c,d. Anything else just causes problems." I thought this to be an inaccurate and irresponsible response. What was worse was when I had an appointment with the nutritionist at Peak clinic. Kari barged into the appointment without knocking or giving notice, refused to listen to me, started taking my vital signs without asking and her tone/mannerisms/ behavior were antagonistic bordering on hostile for some reason unbeknownst to me. When I told the regional director, her response was to minimize and justify the experience I had. I would never return to this clinic unless they made significant changes and focused on patients well being.

I know Kari will be in the Eugene office, but I saw her in Medford and she was wonderful!
