Dr. Karen Woolman, AUD

I am not sure to whom I can complaint but DO NOT recommend this place! Dr Karen Woolman Audiologist very unprofesional, we are already second time there for hearing test and they are saying that they are not able to tell if my child is hearing or not. I think that specialist should definetely know if somebody doesnt hear or hear at least. On top of everything, she had student today didnt even ask me if I would like student to learn things on my child, she tried 10 times to put some things in my daughters ears and she couldnt then i finally told them that we are done! Her sugestion was to put my baby asleep under anestesia so they can finally see if my child hear. Very unproffesional and do not recommend to my worst enemy! If somebody would like to contact me regarding this matter please feel free and thank you! I hope nobody goes to this doctor.
