Yesterday was my 2nd and last time using the services of Carolina Pediatrics. NP follows us into the room, never introduces herself, and begins her cursory assessment. She asked very few questions and curtly determined that it was a hygiene issue and basically dismissed me. Overall, I was forced to wait hour to be completely insulted, have my concerns dismissed, and still not have any answers. It was the worst care experience I've had.
