Friendly and verbally presents a proactive approach to handling issues within the agency that clients come to her to address but offers no follow through. Serious issues and ethics violations go unaddressed and only continue to get worse. In a system where the availability of providers is low to start with, clients who reach out to her and whose concerns are summarily dismissed are left in the uncomfortable position of remaining with services under her management due to there being no other options available. Doesn't seem to care that her inaction and failure to address ongoing and well documented problems under her supervision are hurting the very population that she claims to be in the field of helping. Clients are harmed while she's all too quick to collect a paycheck at their expense.
