Karen walked me through my problems logically. I realized I was too busy chasing my tail to move forward. Her techniques are something that can be applied lifelong. She won't coddle you about how hard it must be for you too long but will help you get yourself out of negative situations. I'm a very logical person so Karen's techniques helped me apply to all other problems in my life, even 5 years later. Thank you!!

VERY easy to get a nearly walk in appt.Several mixed sessions until I, the husband, noticed that she was cutting off my wife on important topics.Our LAST appointment, I was too stunned to speak. She constantly cut off my wife who was trying to share suicidal thoughts and self injuring behaviors. Upon leaving, my wife texted Karen she was having suicidal thoughts with Karen's response being my wife was confused and sad, perhaps she should list her goals. We were then dismissed and refused a lic#.
