I missed my first appointment due to life circumstances (moving), so I rescheduled and couldn’t see her for a month and a half. After waiting, all that time, I was on standby for my appointment call time and she called 10 mins past my appointment time and I missed her, I called back 4 mins after the missed call, but she said she couldn’t talk to me bc the appointment takes 20 mins. I asked to reschedule, and they said I couldn’t bc I have now missed 2 appointments and need to have a psych eval before rescheduling. So apparently it’s MY FAULT for her tardiness and I pay the penalty, AND need a psych eval?! Sure... makes sense. I’ve decided to go with another provider. Unbelievable. Save yourself the trouble and stay away.

She took me off a class of psychiatric medication I had been on for many, many years and did not give me another medication in this class. The next eight months were a nightmare until I was placed back on the same medication I was taken off of at a different Cope facility. If you go to her, be proactive in your care.
