Karen worked me in to her schedule the same day. She had a student NP see me first (after asking if I was OK with it). Karen came in and got right down to business, Exactly what I wanted, not being my primary care physician, I did not have a list of things to talk about. She got right on with ordering tests and setting up specialist appointments.

Horrible will leave you suffering with closed throat, coughing green and fluid behind your ears and tell you it's viral. She will also leave you in room for 45 minutes and go see other patients
