Very controlling and hard to work with. Creates problems that don't exist and blows mishaps out of proportion. She should not be in a position where the level and quality of care for patients is essentially in her hands. Patients and family members trust her to give them the best advice and she is very misinforming. She is manipulative and will lead you astray, do not trust her. This is a reliable source that has experienced her non-professionalism over a long period of time with many patients.
