My daughter came in to see Karen for some issues she was having. She was a new patient to Women's Health as she is 23 yrs old. She left in tears. She didn't get taken seriously when trying to explain how she was feeling. She was questioned about her sexual activity which is perfectly normal but was made to feel belittled. A test was done and she was told "you have a lot of discharge" with no empathy or explanation of why. I called to speak with Karen or her nurse on our way home. Another nurse took the message and stated we would receive a call back and as of this afternoon have heard nothing. I scheduled this appointment for my daughter with Karen as I have been going to Karen for years. This type of treatment for a new patient and especially a young adult woman is unacceptable!!!. Shame on you Karen Howard!!!!

Karen is exceptional at what she does. Very kind and patient. Explains everything and makes sure you understand everything. I absolutely adore her!!! Would highly recommend her.
