Was snippy and rude to me when I expressed frustration at waiting on the table for 30 minutes. No bedside manner, shocking lack of compassion. I left rather than continue the appointment.

Karen listened to and addressed my concerns in a friendly, professional manner. She is one of the best nurses I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She followed up after my mammogram and then again after my final diagnosis weeks later.
