A very brief and not beneficial visit..

All went well. Karen was very nice making my visit a pleasant experience. She was professional and helpful.

Everything went smoothly. The Dr was prompt and also took time to listen to the patient.

Karen Dyer was very professional in my interaction with her. One visit was in person, and the other on a healow telehealth conference. She listened to what I had to say, and responded with timely and appropriate follow up actions. I would highly recommend her as a part of the Heart and Family Health team at the Hillmoor office.

I had a great experience. I called a few weeks ago just when the coronavirus started. Got appointment in a few hours. Was given a mask to put on only waited a few minutes before I was called back. They asked questions gave a prescription and I was literally out of there within 10 minutes. I highly recommend Karen she’s great.

Karen Dyer is Excellent, if I could give her more stars I would, she is down to earth, listens to your concerns and has always taken really good care of me when I have gone in sick. Heart & Family is so good about making appts. on line and getting in and out quickly, I highly recommend Karen Dyer at Heart & Family!!

PA was thorough

The initial visit was fine but when we had contact a few days later and I said the antibiotic she prescribed wasn't doing me any good, I was told she couldn't give me any other and maybe I should go to an emergy clinic.

This visit was for a pre-op. My primary doctor was not available, so I was directed to Karen Dyer. I was very satisfied with the pre-op exam.

She was attentive and professional. She helped in the area of my concern and provided the correct medication I needed.

I could not have asked for a more helpful and understanding person. I would ask for Karen Dyer if I need medical help and Dr. Jennifer Kurtin was not available.

Because of our advanced age, my wife and I always attend each other's visits. At first glance, you would think of Karen Dyer as someone who takes a business-like no-nonsense approach when conversing about your medical situation. Actually this is commendable because you get straight talk. At second glance, it's not difficult to discover that Karen is a deeply empathetic individual who listens to your concerns and is extremely knowledgeable in answering questions. As far as we're concerned, she's a keeper at Heart & Family. Thank you, Karen....

I was seen promptly. Too early to tell the results of her treatment. Very personable.

I was in the patient room on time and only a couple of minutes to see Karen. She was very courteous, knowledgeable, and has a great personality also. It would be awesome if all Dr. appointments went this smooth. Dave K

I have nothing but praise for Karen she is the best. I always feel that I can talk to her about about anything l love her. On to other things I called last week for some subscriptions tone filled and asked for tho pill for a yeast infection actually spoke with a nurse was told they would be called in. Still haven’t heard from pharmacy and it is Tuesday Lorazepam is needed I have an appointment on the 20 with Kirby

As always Karen Dyer has gone over and above when I have needed health care. If I call to gat into see someone then I’m very sick and need care ASAP and Karen Dyer and all the rest of the staff at Heart and Family have always exceeded expectations. If you are looking for a Health care practice I would hesitate to recommend Heart and Family & Karen Dyer Thank you for taking such great care of me in my illness

I was a “walk-in” on Monday morning with back spasms and was in and out in about a half hour. I told Karen my problem and she provided me with a prescription in no time at all. All of the steps from checking in to checking out went smoothly and expediently. This practice has been my pcp since I moved to PSL 3 years ago and I’ve never regretted choosing this practice as my pcp.
