Very fortunate to have a person of quality such as Karen. She speaks in laymen terms. Is not condescending, or over inflated in her delivery of nutritional information. Has great resources at her disposal. Very professional and friendly. Is genuinely concerned about her patients/clients.....in this case, me. I certainly recommend Karen Brooks for those in search of an RDN. I am very pleased that Karen is teamed up with the VA.
