Terrible provider.
PA Kareem Anderson has the worst bedside manner. I’m assuming he’s only employed because of medical practices being short staffed.I was the only patient in the building at the time of my appointment. I waited 20 minutes in the exam room to be seen while the provider sat on his phone at the desk outside the patient doors. He barely spoke to me for 2 minutes. Rushed me out the door. Didn’t seem to care I was sick nor wanted to provide adequate treatment.I was seen by him a couple years ago when I was recovering from Covid and my cough wouldn’t go away, he insisted I had pneumonia and needed a chest x ray, I refused. He’s very dismissive and does not appear to care for patients who are ill.

saw him moonlighting at Urgent Care -NextcareThis was the WORST experience I've ever had medically. I went in for a superficial cut but specifically for numbness and tingling. Upon entry, I sat in the waiting room and began to notice bugs crawling up and down my clothing. Upon closer inspection, there were bugs everywhere in the area. They were crawling on the floor, the chairs, and even the payment card machine. It was DISGUSTING! Once I went to the back for triage, more bugs were crawling on my face. UNBELIEVABLE! I went to the care room and had the PA come in. This is when the visit got worse. I was not even greeted with an introduction to the provider. Kareem Anderson, PA-C came in looked at my cut, and said, "Oh I thought it was worse than that. He said you could put a band-aid on that and go home. I'll get glue." As he left the room, I heard him laughing with his colleagues. I waited almost 30 minutes in the room before he returned with glue. I was the ONLY patient in the building. He had no interest in answering my concerns as I told him I was concerned about the location of the cut because I had to wash my hands frequently throughout the day. He said, "Uh huh." He said, "We only have 18 hours to close stitch a wound and you are at 20 hours." He dismissed my concerns about the cut reopening. He did not clean the wound again after being gone for 30 minutes instead he immediately applied glue, steri-strips and then attempted to wrap it. He tore a chunk of gauze with his hands and eventually wrapped it with Coban stretch wrap. He struggled to get it wrapped. I asked him again about the real issue I visited for-tingling in my finger. He told me to keep the wound dry for 48 hours and sent me on my way. 48 hours? On my finger? I just told him I had to wash my hand throughout the day. Keeping it dry was not even possible. He knew it but DID NOT CARE. HE JUST WANTED ME GONE. The wrap he placed didn't even stay on until I got home. It slid right off. It was a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
