I have seen her twice and have been very satisfied with her care.

I'm disappointed with this provider. I find it most disappointing that this provider probably didn't know whether a service (contact fitting) she offered me was "included" in a clinic fee or not, but instead of saying so, she lied and said it was included when asked directly, and continued to maintain that it was included in the initial fee even after I explained that I had planned on ordering contacts through another option that offered the service free or charge. I find it incredibly immature and childish for a professional to simply lie to a patient -- and as a result of doing so, I have had spend an additional month calling and having the same conversations over and over with the awful administrative staff at the clinic she works at (because this "free" service is actually an additional $200 fee.)
