I was so disappointed with my appointment with Kara. She recommended x-ray an d blood work. She promised to call me in the afternoon with the results and a prescription. She forgot and never called me back and never ordered my prescription. Thank God, it is nothing serious, but now I am waiting 24 hours later for medication. After a phone call inquiring, was told Kara had left for the day. Eventually the nurse (after 5:00) provided me with the results, and my pharmacy had closed.
