Kaitlyn Billington

I'm a patient of the Mount Sinai network and I have been so for five years or so. My PCP is great and other patients have taken notice. Often when I need to schedule a quick appointment if he's unavailable I have explored other providers at Mount Sinai to provide me with services. Kaitlyn Billington, NP usually has availability and she has been my 2nd option. The first time I went to her, I'm not certain if she was inexperienced then but she gave me preliminary information that scared the heck out of me. It turned out to be incorrect. The second visit is one that I had with her recently and it was deeply disappointing. Prior to scheduling my appointment I entered the reason for my visit on mychart and called Mount Sinai to inform them as well. Turns out the reason that I came could not be tested. My issue is that if I inputted my information appropriately and it was on their chart why didn't they cancel the appointment? I wasted my time and copay. Never again.
