Poor Provider
Kaitlin has zero bedside manner. I was just in the dermatology office to have some precancerous lesions removed. She never even looked at me or asked how I was doing. She immediately got to work , the whole time making small talk with her two assistants. Didn’t ask if I was okay, then disappeared. The assistant bandaged me and gave me post procedure instructions. The medical assistants and receptionist were very nice, but when I go for my skin checks next year I will request a different provider. It is always the same with Kaitlin.
