I had lab work done and instead of calling me, as the patient, she sent serious information through the portal. After 3 calls to her, she finally called me back. If I was not computer literate, I would have not known the results that certainly needed to be discussed. What happened to doctors calling after hours? I have been going to this practice for 37 years and have never been treated like this before. I still don't know the results of a urine culture and had to go to an urgent care facility, instead so that I could be treated. I will not see her again and hope that I have a better relationship with a doctor in this practice, not a PA. She needs to think about how her own mother would feel if she was treated like this.

I left my appointment crying after 10min of being told that certain drugs weren’t used for what they are used for and being looked up and down. The lack of knowledge concerning a main reason I went in was verging on scary for a medical professional.

This young lady is "on the money". In two (2) separate instances she really came to my aid to address a chronic medical condition. I would not even give her five (5) stars. I would give her ten (10) stars. She is "aces" all the way in my experience.

An absolute pleasure! She was personable and gave me plenty of time.
