I needed the careful and calm approach from Justin. I had been rushed through in other therapy environments but Justin has taken the time for me to deal with my trauma. Thankful for his work.

NOT SAFE FOR TRAUMA SURVIVORS OR DV VICTIMS. I had a horrible experience with Justin Little, so traumatizing that I needed therapy for the therapy. Yes, he does come across as uber-caring and compassionate. He is not. Underneath the "aw shucks" persona is someone quite cold and dismissive, and his care was a particularly terrifying place to find myself while going through relentless verbal and psychological abuse at home, (abuse which sometimes turned physical and included sexual coersion). Justin treated me as if I were the problem, even after my bf raped me. I had been conditioned in childhood to see myself in that light as well, so I took increasing coldness and harshness from Justin as something I deserved. His therapy did nothing to offset the trauma I was going through, and in fact, he only further gaslit me. Please avoid this person. While I agree that Justin is in this profession to help with psychological needs, they are NOT the psychological needs of his clients.
