Denied my insurance after they said they took it!
I called in 2021 to verify they took a certain insurance before I changed in open season. Because when I first took my son there they did not take the insurance, but said they would look into accepting it. That never happened. Fast forward to 2021; I called to see if they took the insurance now. The lady on the phone said they did, therefore, I switched my insurance. My son went to his eye exam and guess what!! They charged him $80!!! When it should have been a free visit! When we talked to the office they said " Well if you had this higher tier of the insurance, we take that"
