Rude. That’s the best way to sum up her personality. Does not want to answer questions and refuses to listen to concerns or address issues. Just wants to get you out and to the nest appt.

Wow. Terrible! Zero manners. Quickest eye exam. Can’t ask questions. Just plain rude. Speed walked into the room without even introducing herself. Had to chase her down the hall to keep up.

I found her to be very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. This was the first time she examined me and I feel very comfortable with her as my eye doctor.

Had an emergency visit. Dr.Qu was professional and performed a thorough examination and asked about prior history. She completely explained the problem and how it was to be treated. Scheduled a follow up and called medication in to my pharmacy after verifying that it was a covered drug. Told me if there was no improvement in a week to come back to the office.

Very unpleasant and unprofessional.
Super rude i was shocked that any human being can act like that.
I don’t recommend her to anyone.
