I have left Dr. Franzen as a Dr. for me. I felt that she as always in a hurry and no followup appointments were made. I had an issue with a mediation she prescribed and I called the office. I never got to talk with her directly..someone took the info and talked with her I assume then called me back -- said stop taking the medication for two weeks. I did - no one called me back and that was over 2 months ago - needless to say, I have changed doctors.

June was a welcome change from regular rushed medical appointments. June is very warm and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with her care and concerns for my health.

She has been my PCP for approximately five years. Throughout this time I have had tough illnesses to diagnosed. Till this day she has not come up with a diagnosis but is more interested in finding out if I am a drug addict. She has drug test taking on me and other doctors and the emergency room and the only thing that they've ever found was THC. now I sit very ill and had to move on but still sitting in darkness

Dr. Franzen is an excellent doctor! She is very qualified and takes the time to listen to your problem. She is very empathic and gives you answers for whatever is bothering you. She listens and spends the time that is necessary to treat you correctly for the problem. Excellent Doctor!
