Dismissive and patronizing
I’ve been going to Bedford woman’s for years, however when I went in for a small procedure they had scheduled Julien to perform it instead of my usual provider. She was rude and dismissive of my concerns about pain during the procedure, and when I pushed for a standard option (lidocaine) to help with it, she first was extremely resistant and when she relented did so only because it would make me “feel” better — implying not my physical pain, but mental one. Office has been rude to me since. Not the same experience that kept me driving over an hour to be seen at this place.
