I'm leaving a second review. This time more on Julie Slade rather than her nurse. It takes Ms Slade forever to give you the results of a test. I've waited over a week past the time she actually got the results before I was given the results by the nurse. Neither she nor her nurse ever return my phone calls to answer my questions. I do not recommend you see her.
