Rude, and what gives medicine a bad name
Telehealth
I have been sick for six days. I called my PC doc to try and get an appointment and was unable to. Was directed by my doctor to try a virtual Urgent Care appointment, called Urgent Care and explained my symptoms which included 6 days of congestion and now ear pain. She literally laughed and said “I can’t look at your ear so you need to come in”. When I asked why I was referred to a virtual appointment which I had to wait six hours for and now the day is almost over she again laughed and said “I don’t know”. Rude from the start to finish.
