Felt judged
Front desk ladies were wonderful friendly, and kind. The doctor on the other hand I felt like I was wasting her time and felt like she was judging meMy husband and I are having fertility issue. I have been told that acupuncture helps with that. After doing a second round of IUI, I decided I was going to get some additional help. Yes she explained the risk with possible pregnancy and what she was limited to being able to do but I also have sever back pain at times and pain in one leg that make it hard to get around. So I wanted to try and address everything in the first appointment. As I was talking and explaining why I was there the atmosphere and attitude changed. The response I received was “I thought you were here for fertility issue” and the tone of voice was not nice at all.Need less to say I will not be going back. Felt very mistreated and as mentioned before felt like I was wasting her time. If you want to feel like then go for it. If not go somewhere else like I am

Went to Dr. Hilbert for treatment of osteo arthritis and EDS pain. Wonderful, caring lady who took the time to really listen to my concerns! Started acupuncture right away for pain relief (have to admit that I was skeptical but it really does help). Now found chiropractic care also. I highly recommend Dr. Hilbert!
